What does the Apollo MCP server add to the assistants

The Apollo MCP server lets the assistants use your Apollo.io account from a Pebbles Ai chat, through the tools Apollo's own server publishes. The catalogue lists it for contacts and sequences; the exact tools, and what they return, are Apollo's to define.

Your Apollo plan and permissions still apply. The assistant can do in Apollo only what your account could do there, and anything that uses up Apollo allowances is governed by Apollo, not by Pebbles Ai.

Apollo and Pebbles Ai fit together when research and writing happen in the chat and Apollo stays where the contacts or sequences already live. An illustrative session for an account executive working ten target accounts runs like this.

• Ask the Strategy assistant to research the accounts from their websites and public sources, with citations.
• Run Find fresh leads for the right roles at those companies and review the new contacts in the CRM.
• Ask the assistant whether any of them already sit in your Apollo account, where Apollo's server offers a look-up.
• Have the assistant write openers from each lead's personalisation angles, then ask for the Apollo step you want, such as adding contacts to an existing sequence if the server allows it, and approve it on its card in Manual mode.

What does the Apollo connection not do

The Apollo connection does not copy Apollo contacts into the Pebbles Ai CRM, enrich records in the background or keep the two in step. Every call happens because someone asked for it in a chat, and in Manual mode each one waits on an approval card.

It is also personal and narrow. Each person connects Apollo with their own sign-in, from the catalogue in Settings rather than from a chat; the Guider does not use MCP servers; and Disconnect removes the stored credentials in Pebbles Ai without revoking the grant in Apollo.
