Optional features are monthly subscription additions. Proofread is already included for Champion seats. Observer seats use the pool with low or medium reasoning, add no allocation and cannot generate assets.

On every plan, the Gmail connection behind Smartbox and outreach is CASA II certified and the Outlook connection is Microsoft 365 certified. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are in progress.

Good questions deserve clear answers
A Regular seat costs $24 a month on Pro, $55 on Team and $89 on Organisation. Team needs at least two paid seats. A Champion seat costs $99, $219 and $269 on the same plans. Organisation adds a $1,199 monthly platform fee. Observer seats are free on Team and above. Enterprise pricing is shaped with you.
Pro and Team include a one-month free trial. The Pro trial gives you 200 AI credits and 10 leads. The Team trial gives the workspace 600 AI credits and 100 leads. Trial allowances are separate from the monthly allowances of a paid plan. Organisation and Enterprise do not include a free trial.
Not for Pro. The Pro trial needs no credit card and no business email domain. The Team trial needs both a credit card and a business email domain. Organisation and Enterprise have no trial. They start with guided onboarding or a tailored conversation instead.
Yes. We email you three days before your trial ends. That gives you time to review your plan, your seats and any optional features in the builder on this page.
No. All four plans are paid, but you can try Pro or Team free for one month first. On Team, Organisation and Enterprise, observer seats are free. Observers use the shared pool, but they add no AI credits or leads.
It depends on how many people will use it. Pro is for one person. Team is for 2 to 20 seats, Organisation for 21 to 50 and Enterprise for 51 or more. Try your seat mix in the builder to see the monthly price, AI credits and leads. For Organisation or Enterprise, book a conversation to talk through what you need.
Size, support and what is included. Team is self-serve, for 2 to 20 seats, with a one-month trial. Organisation is for 21 to 50 seats, adds a monthly platform fee and includes customer success and onboarding. It also includes team analytics, public API access, 50 GB extra storage, code workflows, deep lead enrichment and extra inbox integrations. On Team, these are optional extras.
A Regular seat includes 1,000 AI credits a month and high reasoning. A Champion seat includes 4,000 AI credits and four times the leads. It also adds proofread, email hotkeys and extra reasoning modes. Observer seats are free on Team, Organisation and Enterprise. Observers use the shared pool with low or medium reasoning. They add no credits or leads and cannot generate assets.
An AI credit is how Pebbles Ai measures AI work. AI requests use credits, and bigger tasks use more of them. Credits sit in your Pebbles wallet, next to your leads. Each Regular seat adds 1,000 AI credits a month and each Champion seat adds 4,000. Each lead found uses one lead from the wallet.
On Team, Organisation and Enterprise, everyone shares one pool of AI credits and leads. Each seat adds to it every month. On Team and Organisation, a Regular seat adds 1,000 AI credits and 400 leads. A Champion adds 4,000 AI credits and 1,600 leads. On Enterprise, a Regular seat adds 500 leads and a Champion 2,000. Pro is one seat with 150 leads, or 600 with Champion.
You can top up in the app. Assistant chat warns you when your credits run low. Open your Pebbles wallet and choose Add more to get extra AI credits or leads. On paid plans, your monthly allowance also renews each month.
Yes, at least 15%. The saving covers the whole subscription: seats, platform fees and optional features. Annual prices are rounded down to whole dollars, so you often save a little more. Prices show as a monthly amount, with the full annual payment beside it. Your AI credits and leads still arrive monthly.
No. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT. VAT may be added where it applies. The builder on this page gives an estimate, and you confirm your setup when you sign up or talk to our team.
Yes, on Team plans and above. Admins invite colleagues and give each one a Creator, Manager or Admin role. Pro is for one person, so choose Team when you want to work with colleagues. Team holds 2 to 20 seats.
Yes. Pick the optional features your plan allows in the builder. CRM extensions are included from Team. Proofread is included with Champion seats, and you can add it per Regular or observer seat. Organisation includes every other optional feature. You can also get extra leads and add-ons in the app.
Yes. Each message can carry up to 10 attachments, and each attachment can be up to 25 MB. The text of a message can be up to 40,000 characters long.
