Pebbles Ai is a Go-to-Market Operating System, or GTMOS. In plain words, it is one workspace for the work of winning customers. AI assistants research your market, find leads, keep customer records, write outreach and help with email. They work from what they know about your company.

Pebbles Ai serves the people who win customers for a business. At sign-up, you pick one of five roles: Founder or CEO, Strategy or Ops, Marketing, Sales or business development, and Revenue or Growth. Many people in these roles do go-to-market work alongside everything else, and Pebbles Ai keeps that work in one place.

Start with three steps. Add your website so Pebbles Ai can learn your company. Connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox. Then ask an assistant for a real piece of work you need this week. A getting-started checklist shows the steps you have done, and finishing steps earns AI credits or leads.

Go to app.trypebbles.ai and sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. You can also ask for a one-time code by email and type it in. There is no password to remember. New users start from the same page and can sign up there.

No. You ask the assistants for work in plain words, as you would brief a colleague. You can also type / in the chat to pick a ready-made skill, such as Research or Write now. Connecting your inbox or calendar is a normal sign-in in Settings.

Yes. The assistants reply in the language you write in. Ask in French and the answer comes back in French. Research answers keep their numbered citations and source list, so you can still check each source.

Pebbles Ai includes three assistants. The Marketing assistant and the Strategy assistant do the work, and the Guider is the in-app guide that explains how Pebbles Ai works. An assistant can hand part of a task to another inside the same chat. You do not have to switch between them yourself.

A project is a folder for one piece of work, such as a product launch. It keeps the related chats together, whichever assistant you use. Projects are private to you. With memory on, the assistants remember what you agreed in that project's chats. If you delete a project, its chats move back to your main list.

Not unless you allow it. You pick one of three execution modes. Manual is where the web app starts. It asks before actions that reach outside Pebbles Ai, such as sending email or changing your calendar. Plan lines those actions up without running them. Auto runs them without asking. Sending a template and deleting a calendar event always ask first.

Look at the numbered citations. Research answers link key points to numbered sources, with a full source list at the end. The researcher is told to back key claims with two sources where it can, and to flag claims with only one. AI can still make mistakes, so check important facts before you act on them.

Yes. The Strategy assistant can make spreadsheets, documents, slide decks and CSV files that you download. Answers can include charts and tables. You can also ask for an image in the chat. Written work, such as posts, emails, plans and briefs, comes straight into the conversation.

Skills are ready-made jobs you start by typing / in the chat. Examples include Research, Strategise, Write now, Polish up and Update CRM. A skill tells the assistant what kind of work you want. You can pin up to five skills you use most.

Yes. Your brand voice in Company Intel sets how your company sounds. You can also create personalities, which are custom writing voices. Each one is defined by its Voice, Substance and Guardrails, and you pick one for each message. A founder's post and a support reply can then sound different.

You describe who you want to reach, and it looks for them. Pick 1 to 10 target companies, a role and a location. You can narrow the search by seniority, industry, company size or keywords. Each run returns 1 to 100 people, saved as contacts in your CRM. Each lead found uses one lead from your wallet.

Yes, where it can. Lead results include a work email when one is found, with a confidence score. A catch-all flag warns you when a company's mail server accepts every address, which makes delivery less certain. A run can return fewer people than you asked for, or none.

Yes. Ask the Marketing or Strategy assistant to find companies by keyword, headquarters country or region, industry and company size. A search shows 25 companies by default and up to 50. Company search does not use leads; it uses AI credits like other chat work.

Yes, labelled Beta. It keeps your contacts, companies and deals in one place. Deals have a stage, amount and close date, and you can see them on a board. You can add your own fields, tasks and notes, merge duplicate records and restore deleted ones. Contacts can come in from Google, Microsoft or a CSV file.

Email, yes, from your own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, following your execution mode. LinkedIn, no: the assistant writes the message and you send it yourself. Campaign emails are saved as drafts in your mailbox, not sent as an automatic sequence. Sending a template to a CRM segment always asks first.

A campaign is a plan of up to seven touches for a group of people. Email touches go out from your own connected mailbox once you approve them. LinkedIn touches are drafted for you to send. The assistant writes each touch, and you can pick a personality, a saved writing voice, for each one. On Team and above, colleagues can review and comment before anyone uses it.

Smartbox is the email inbox inside Pebbles Ai. It works with Gmail and Outlook, and you can connect more than one inbox. Write with AI drafts a reply from the thread in Fast, Balanced or Comprehensive mode, using your brand voice. You check the recipients, attachments and words before you send.

Socialbox has no release date yet. It will bring your LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram chats into Pebbles Ai, next to your email in Smartbox. It will also bring in your LinkedIn network and search, and posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Yes, once an admin connects your company's social publishing account. An assistant can then publish posts, schedule them for later and manage them afterwards. It can also report how your posts did over 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time. If a post fails on some accounts, it can be sent again to just those.

Yes, on Team, Organisation and Enterprise. Everyone works from the same Company Intel and Company memory. Each person still has their own chats and private projects. Team covers 2 to 20 seats, Organisation 21 to 50, and Enterprise 51 or more.

Yes, on Team and above. Colleagues can review and comment on outreach campaigns before anyone uses them. Library items can be marked Pending review or Approved, so the team reuses approved work. In-app notifications tell people when a review or comment needs them.

No. Projects are private to the person who made them. To share knowledge with the team, add it to Company Intel or tell an assistant a fact for Company memory. Both reach every colleague's assistants, so the whole team works from the same picture of the business.

Yes, with team analytics. Admins see the Team Productivity board, which shows speed, quality and contribution across the team. Team analytics is an optional extra on Team and is included from Organisation. It shows how the team works in Pebbles Ai; it does not track revenue or forecast sales.

Yes. Team, Organisation and Enterprise need a company email address, not a personal one. The Team free trial also needs a credit card. Pro is the plan for one person, and its trial needs neither a card nor a business email domain.

Pebbles Ai holds two security certifications: CASA II and Microsoft 365 Certification. CASA II is the App Defense Alliance Cloud Application Security Assessment at Tier 2, and it covers the Gmail connection. Microsoft 365 Certification comes through the Microsoft 365 App Compliance Program and covers the Outlook connection. The documents are available through the trust centre.

Yes. Pebbles Ai is compliant with the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR, the data protection laws for Europe and the United Kingdom. The privacy policy explains how personal data is used. You can read it in the trust centre at trust.trypebbles.ai.

Tenant-Isolated AI is how Pebbles Ai keeps each business apart. Every business works in its own secured tenant, with its own data, memory and assistants. No data crosses between tenants, and no customer's data trains a model. The trust centre explains the architecture.

Not yet. Both are pending, with a target of Q2 2027. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are well-known security standards that larger companies often ask for. Today, Pebbles Ai holds CASA II and Microsoft 365 Certification and is GDPR compliant.

No. You sign in with Google, Microsoft or a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password to steal or forget. Session cookies are host-only, which means the browser sends them only to the Pebbles Ai app itself.

Yes. Every file you upload is virus-scanned, and a file flagged as infected is blocked. Each message can carry up to 10 attachments, and each one can be up to 25 MB.

Code runs in a locked-down sandbox. It has no internet access and a read-only file system, so it cannot reach other sites or change the system. Every run is logged, and a run stops after 180 seconds. The code sandbox is an optional extra on Pro and Team, and is included from Organisation.
